Welcome

Welcome to the Office of the Circuit Clerk! Our primary function is to establish, maintain, and keep all records of the court and the official court seal for the 11th Judicial Circuit. In addition, the Court Clerk serves as the administrative arm of the Court and is responsible for all financial duties relating to the Court system. All monies owed to the Court are collected and distributed by the Circuit Clerk.

Criminal Division

All criminal work and related activities such as fines, costs, and restitution collection is conducted within the criminal division. The case types housed in the criminal division are:

    • Civil Law (CL)
    • Conservation (CV)
    • Criminal Contempt (CC)
    • Criminal Felony (CF)                                                   
    • Criminal Misdemeanor (CM)
    • Domestic Violence (DV)
    • DUI (DT)
    • Juvenile (JV)
    • Juvenile Abuse (JA)
    • Juvenile Delinquency (JD)
    • Major Traffic (MT)

The criminal division is open 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except holidays and is located in Room 24 of the Logan County Courthouse. Contact information:

Civil Division

All civil matters pertaining to these case types are handled in the civil division of the Courthouse.

Courtroom Attire

The following attire is prohibited in the Logan County Courtrooms by Order of the Court:

Shorts, Cut Offs, Tank Tops, Halter or Midriff Tops, Body Shirts or any clothing with suggestive or offensive language or pictures. All hats, caps, etc. must be removed while in the courtroom.

Anyone wearing any of the above articles of clothing will not be permitted to enter the courtroom.
