Michael E. Janssen, 56, of Middletown, was arrested in the 100 Block of Clinton Street in Middletown by the Logan County Sheriff's Office for Domestic Battery.

David B. Heater, 34, of New Holland, was arrested in the 1300 block of 5th Street in Lincoln by the Lincoln Police Department for DUI.

Ce'erica T. Jackson, 26, of Normal, was arrested at milepost 122 on I-55 by the Illinois State Police on a warrant.

Anieta Ross, 40, of Lincoln, was arrested on State Street in Lincoln by the Lincoln Police Department for Driving While License Suspended.
