Pulaski Police Department on 8/13/2019 at 5:45 p.m. at his residence on a Unlawful Display of Plates, a Dekalb County Warrant 13 DT 482, Ogle County Warrants 14 CF 233 and 13 CM 274, a Stephenson County Warrant 15 CF 210, and a Winnebago County Warrant 14 CF 2062.

Joseph A. Peacock, age 34, of Lincoln, IL, was arrested by the Lincoln Police Department on 8/13/2019 at 10:30 p.m. on Woodlawn Road on a Cass County Warrant 03 CM 112 on a Failure to Appear charge.

Jesse D. Oller, age 36, of Lincoln, IL, was arrested by the Lincoln Police Department on 8/14/2019 at 7:10 a.m. on Woodlawn Road on a Theft charge.
