There will be free hot dogs, chips, and water.
There will also be candy for any trick or treaters who show.
Saints Flight will land a medic helicopter between 11:00 and 1:00
Lincoln Police will host a drone demonstration at Noon
Logan County Sheriff's Office K-9 Demonstration at Noon
