In regards to Illinois Supreme Court Order and the 11^th Judicial Circuit Administrative Order 2020-06 in response to COVID-19 Emergency, Logan County Circuit Clerk’s Office will remain open with a reduction in staff to handle all statutory duties required of the clerk. Any business that can be conducted without appearing in the building should be handled by mail or phone call.  Payment of fines and fees should be paid online at www.judici.com or by mail.
