Joseph L. Macon, Jr., age 28, of Chicago, IL, was arrested by the Logan County Sheriff's Office on 7/8/2020 at 12:46 a.m. on North Kankakee Street on a Warrant.

Diamond T. Payton, age 22, of Bloomington, IL, was arrested by the Lincoln Police Department on 7/8/2020 at 1:21 p.m. on North Kankakee Street on a Warrant.
