Richard A. Dobey, age 71, of Greenview, IL, was arrested by the Logan County Sheriff's Office on 9/10/2020 at 8:46 p.m. at his residence on a Domestic Battery charge.

Justin J. Stewart, age 23, of Hartsburg, IL, was arrested by the Lincoln Police Department on 9/10/2020 at 10:29 p.m. on Keokuk Street on Disorderly Conduct and Hate Crime charges.
