MEETING CHANGE NOTICE

Due to unforeseen circumstances, all Logan County Board Committee meetings usually held in the Blue Room of the Logan County Safety Complex will be held in Room 17 of the Logan County Courthouse the entire month of July.

MEETING NOTICE

The Logan County Airport and Farm meeting will meet at 7:00p.m at the Logan County Highway Department in the Conference Room instead of the Safety Complex.

The Logan County Road and Bridge meeting will meet at 7:30p.m at the Logan County Highway Department in the Conference Room instead of the Safety Complex.

The Logan County Highway Department is located at 529 S. McLean Street, Lincoln, IL 62656

Logan County Offices will be closed on Monday, May 28, 2018 in observance of Memorial Day.

Logan County Offices will be closed on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 in observance of Independence Day.

The Department of Revenue, Springfield, Illinois has fixed Monday, June 4, 2018, as the date for an examination for the office of Supervisor of Assessments.

The examination will be held at the Logan County Courthouse, located at 601 Broadway St., Room 17, Lincoln, IL  62656 at the hour of 9:30 a.m.

Application forms and information may be obtained by contacting Amy Kuhlman at the Board Office in the Logan County Courthouse, in Lincoln, located at 601 Broadway St., Room 16, Lincoln, IL  62656.  Individuals interested in taking the examination should contact Amy Kuhlman at 217-732-6400 by 10:00 a.m. of the Friday before, June 1, 2018, the examination to register.

To be eligible for election or appointment to the office of Supervisor of Assessments, an individual must meet the eligibility criteria set forth in 35 ILCS 200/3-5 of the Property Tax Code.

The examination and facilities will be accessible to persons with disabilities in compliance with state and federal laws.  Persons in need of special accommodations should notify Amy Kuhlman at 217-732-6400, by Friday, June 1, 2018 before 4:30 p.m. to make the necessary arrangements.
