April 3, 2020: The suspension of services has been extended to April 30, 2020. Thank you again for your understanding and cooperation.
As of March 17, 2020, all Civil Process service, except for Orders of Protection, will be temporarily suspended until April 15, 2020. Also, all Sheriff’s Sales already scheduled and to be scheduled will be suspended until April 15, 2020. At that time, the situation will be re-evaluated. We apologize for the short notice due to the ever-evolving situation involving the COVID-19 virus. Please check back frequently to the Logan County website, www.logancountyil.gov , for updates.
